CNN is having a rough go of things in the past year. After its on-air personalities melted down as Donald Trump cruised to victory last November, it has quickly cemented itself more as presidential antagonist than its historical role as being the leading name in cable news.
Things, however, took a nasty turn last week when CNN issued a story alleging that the Trump campaign was emailed leaked DNC emails from Wikileaks prior to their publication.
The story, backed up by two sources, was easily rebutted by the email containing the DNC documents showing that the Trump team didn’t receive the email until an entire day AFTER their publication.
